 D E CORP at its own cost guarantees to deliver products to all cities across India and states all over India. D E CORP shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment and any related fines/penalties.

To ensure safe delivery of all products, the same are double packed in waterproof and corrugated box. All orders are shipped by the best transport/courier agencies and home delivered within approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch of the shipment.

GIFT DELIVERIES BEING MADE TO COLLEGE/HOSTELS/SCHOOLS ARE SOLELY AT CUSTOMER’S RISK. In case the authorities of such places fail to accept the package, for any reason, D E CORP will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall D E CORP attempt re-shipment of the same order. For a special or preferred delivery date, the Customer shall necessarily mention the required delivery date in the gift message box when placing the order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, the package shall be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

 Since transport/courier agencies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, customers are requested to provide full address with pin code / zip code. NOTE: Billing Address shall mean the address where a customer receives the credit card bills. Shipping address shall mean the address where the order shall have to be delivered.
Generally no deliveries can be made on Saturdays and Sundays. However, in case of emergency, solely at the discretion of D E CORP, delivery may be made on Saturdays.
D E CORP uses the services of the best transport/courier agencies such as USPS, DHL, TNT, Speed Post etc, which deliver within 48-72 hours in all Major cities of India.

In case customer wishes to avail other alternate shipping options, D E CORP may then suggest other options. On special request, D E CORP may also provide special quotes for shipping, in case merchandise order amount is large. Customer may send email to ------------- for further details.

In case of multiple orders, Customer may receive the same separately, depending on product availability and shipping locations.

All products shall be shipped from India.

D E CORP shall not give any refund, returns, replacement & exchange for reason of delay caused due to the carrier agency. However, at its sole discretion, D E CORP may agree to provide credit which may be used for future orders.

D E CORP shall intimate by email, in case of delay in shipping due to un-availability of stock or due to unusual delay in filling an order. SHIPMENT TIME - Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors.

In Order to get an accurate estimate of shipment time, kindly email the order number or item codes.

As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the order being placed within 48-72 hours of the Order being placed with D E CORP. Expected shipment time is 7-15 business days, all other factors being optimum. TRANSIT RISK - All orders sent by D E CORP are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.

In case of loss of order while ‘in transit’, D E CORP shall re-process the order.

However, D E CORP shall not be responsible for loss of packages during transit or any damages to package (full or partial), once the same has been delivered by the carrier agency at the address provided by the customer at the time of placing of order. TRACKING OF SHIPMENT - D E CORP shall provide details of shipment via email alerts to the customer, once package is handed across to the carrier agency. The email alerts shall contain the transport/courier agency’s website details along with tracking number and expected date of delivery. The Customer may use the said details to keep a check on status of the package.

Please note that tracking numbers for orders shipped may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the websites. REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF POSTAL ADDRESS - Postal Address as provided by the Customer may be changed within 24 hours of placing of Order, and not later; by making the said request via email to ---------------. READY TO SHIP SECTION - Ready to Ship Section is a special section that allows the customer to place a last minute order ensuring the delivery of the product within the next 5-7 days. In case the order needs customization, additional 7-10 days shall be required for delivery.

This provision is applicable only to the specified products as listed under the 'Express Section' of the website. IN CASE OF DELAYS - Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift etc can be allowed on case to case basis.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.

However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.

In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from D E CORP, you may contact the D E CORP TEAM with your complaints/ feedbacks at info@utsavfashion.in, who shall revert back to you at the earliest.

Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.

In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, D E CORP recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:

- Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique. - Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors. - Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option. - Send your best fitting garment as sample. - Ask us to send you the dummy garment for the fittings & style approval before we start working on your original outfit or item. PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM - On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that D E CORP may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact D E CORP at info@utsavfashion.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the D E CORP regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email D E CORP at info@utsavfashion.in, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from D E CORP for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, D E CORP does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that D E CORP shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to D E CORP shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to D E CORP within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from D E CORP.

Safe receipt of defective product by D E CORP is sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then D E CORP shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, D E CORP may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES. OBLIGATION OF D E CORP - D E CORP shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

D E CORP shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the cost of D E CORP.

D E CORP shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product alterations and modifications of the products.

D E CORP shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever.

In the event of the error having occurred on the part of the D E CORP, it shall still bear costs of alterations/modifications.

Notwithstanding the above, D E CORP is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. D E CORP shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately. PARTIAL REFUNDS - In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, D E CORP in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, D E CORP shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products. CREDIT ISSUES - Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of D E CORP processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER - The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of D E CORP are only approximate values.

While D E CORP shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.

The Customer may take note of the following:

-The colors red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product. -The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors. -Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care. -D E CORP recommends the use of its sample blouse/ sample salwar suit, size trial option, while placing orders for stitched products, in order to avoid errors of size/style, etc.
